About me
Tech background, business mindset
I'm Michael, an IT professional who helps small businesses work smarter with AI. My goal is simple: take the repetitive work off your plate so you can focus on your customers and growth.
I studied Information Technology at AMA Computer College and trained at DRJ Technologies, where I worked alongside developers to find and fix software bugs, built front-end interfaces and handled computer repair and troubleshooting. That taught me to build things that work and to test them properly before launch.
I also have a background in customer service, so I explain things in plain language and build automations that make your customers' experience better.
